Helical inline gearboxes SERIES NHL
Helical inline gearboxes MNHL are produced both in two stages and three stages version. Only the smallest unit MNHL 20 is accomplished with the housing made in pressure die casting aluminium. All the remaining sizes have the housing made in cast iron, thus assuring a greatest strength, heaviness and even improved thermal properties and a considerable reduction of noise and vibrations.
The helical inline gearboxes are designed as modules or functional sub-groups that can be easily assembled in different ways; they can also be easily and fast changed from a version to another: from flange mounting to feet mounting version or viceversa; from PAM version to solid input shaft version; from two reduction stages to three reduction stages.
The inline helical gearboxes series MNHL can be mutually combined so that a wider range of ratios is obtained; thus the gearboxes can be used in applications where very low output speeds are required, speeds that cannot be obtained by using a single gearbox.
Inline helical gearboxes can be used in different industrial applications , such as: screw conveyors for transport clays or powders, crushing and crumbling machines, printing instalations, marble cutting machines, textile spinning, textile machining, ceramic plants, industrial automation systems, concrete stations, silos, lifting equipments, cranes, naval equipments, cranes for harbours, photovoltaic installations, wind mills, automatic gates (parking area, highways aso), automatiz underground parking areas, airport installations (for instance telescopic movement of the gate when the passengers are boarding), pellet machines, briquette machine.
